I haven't been blogging my runs, but I have been running. And hello, I was out running in shorts today and wasn't even cold. That is pretty weird for Dec. 12th, no? It doesn't quite seem like Christmas is right around the corner. Felt good to run. The knee is still a bit hit and miss. Not sure I will ever be a long distance runner. |
