Nice cool morning. Day off runs are always good. Remind me that ripe bananas before a run are not a great idea. Kinda burped it up most of the run. I always have good ideas while running. An article about one of my student's success stories will be in the works soon. Knee didn't hurt during run. Maybe the orthotics are working. A little tinge in the opposite kneed during mile two. Let's hope these knees will be fixed soon so I can start training for longer distances. Thought of The Onion Days run I ran last year. Missed it this year. Silly knee. Better sign up for another race soon!
