Good little run. I have been cleared to run twice a week up to two miles each run. I like that idea. I was surprised that I did not get winded. I guess that is the fear when you don't run for a month. It was hard not to concentrate on how my feet were hitting the ground. Teaching yourself how to run in a different way is completely weird and abnormal. I hope that I can retrain myself though because I am pretty sure the knee pain will be kept away! It is great to be back!
